Crocodilian are brokers of furnished apartments. The clients come from all over the world. Akkusativ , the sister company of Crocodilian, manages furnished flats. Both companies share an office in Berlin-Mitte, Schröderstr 8.  

No, we only offer our service if the apartments are exclusively managed by Crocodilian.
