Akkusativ is the sister company of Crocodilian-Rooms in Berlin. For owners of apartments which are marketed by Crocodilian, we offer an exclusive management. We take care of everything regarding the renting of the apartment  - we check the tenants, organize viewings, sign rental contracts on your behalf, organize the payment to your account, hand out keys and we check the apartment after the tenant has moved.
Our requirements: We only accept quality apartment in very good condition and modern and stylish furnishing. And the apartment must be available for at least one year for furnished rentals. This service is free of charge for apartments which are exclusively rented out by Crocodilian.
