Our service

Package 1. Basic Management - Monthy Fee

• We take photos of your apartment
• We organize up to three viewings per rental
• We sign rental contract, which are checked by a lawyer, on your behalf
• We manage the deposit
• We collect the rent from the tenant and transfer it to your account.
• We do all correspondence with the tenant
• We hand out keys 7 days/week
• We check the flat after the tenant has left
• While staying in your apartment, tenants will address us if anything is not working etc.
• We organize final cleaning, and, if requested, monthly cleaning. We have our own cleaning staff. 
   

• Organization of up to two viewing
• Key service 7 days/week
• Organization of final cleaning, own cleaning staff.

• Order of DSL and telephone connection (only with Deutsche
• Telekom)

• Briefing, design of furnishing concept according to your budget,
   

• Purchase of towels, dishes, sheets, furniture, etc.
  

• Arranging appointments with craftsmen etc
