Management
- We organize viewings
- We sign rental contract, which have been checked by a lawyer, on your behalf
- We collect rent and deposit and transfer the rent to your account
- Handover of apartment
- We check the flat after the tenant has left
- We organize final cleaning.
- Managed apartments will be market as "quality objects" on the Crocodiian website.
