Registration Fee

• We organize up to three viewings per rental
• We sign rental contract, which have been checked by a lawyer, on your behalf
• We manage the deposit
• We collect the rent from the tenant and transfer it to your account.
• We hand out keys 7 days/week
• We check the flat after the tenant has left
• We organize final cleaning. 
• We check the apartment every three months if the apartment is let for a longer period of time.
• Objects which are managed by us, will be marked as "premium objects" on the new Crocodilian website.
• We supply bathroom tissue and toilet brush for every new rental.
